1. Data we collect
Arthnitiq collects information you voluntarily provide: email address, password (stored as a hash), financial facts (income, expenses, assets, liabilities), goals, journal entries, documents, and support messages.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used solely to: provide planning calculations, display your financial baseline, generate your roadmap, deliver reminders you've opted into, and respond to support requests.
3. Data storage and security
Data is stored on secure infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Sensitive fields are additionally encrypted at the application layer. Passwords are hashed using Argon2id.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your financial data with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent for approved integrations.
5. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, export your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint.
6. Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. Upon deletion request, data is removed according to our retention schedule, except where legal obligations require retention (e.g., audit logs).
